Can I browse without an account?
Yes. Explore products, stores and opportunities as a guest. Sign in when you want to buy, sell, save, follow or message someone.
Do I need a business to sell?
No. Your existing account can sell a single new or used item. A basic seller profile is created for you. Business customization and verification are optional.
How do marketplace payments work?
Arrange payment with the seller. If the seller offers manual Mobile Money, your order shows their details. A screenshot or reference records your submission; only the seller can confirm they received the funds. LufShop does not automatically collect or guarantee these transfers.
What does a verified badge mean?
LufShop has checked information provided by that seller or provider. Verification does not guarantee every listing, service or transaction.
Where can I order food?
Choose your delivery location in the app to see available restaurants nearby. Delivery areas, opening hours, pickup and payment options depend on each restaurant.
How do I stay safe?
Keep discussions in LufShop chat, review the listing carefully and confirm receipt only when you have received the item. Never share a Mobile Money PIN or one-time security code. Report suspicious listings or conversations.
