LufShop service terms.
These terms explain the basic expectations for buyers, sellers, service providers, employers, restaurants and delivery partners using LufShop.
Marketplace Products
Marketplace product orders are separate from restaurant orders. Product totals are shown before ordering. Payment, collection and any seller delivery charge are arranged directly with the seller. Optional manual seller Mobile Money transfers happen outside LufShop. A screenshot, transaction reference or payer name records a submission, not receipt of funds. The seller must check their own account before confirming payment. Confirm receipt only after receiving the item. Sold counts record confirmed receipt, not independent payment verification. Contact support for order or seller concerns.
Services And Jobs
Providers and employers are responsible for accurate descriptions, availability, qualifications and lawful offers. Confirm the scope, terms and any payment arrangements in private chat before proceeding. LufShop does not guarantee employment, service quality or completion. Report suspicious offers and never provide security codes or Mobile Money PINs.
Optional Verification
Verification indicates that submitted identity or business information has been reviewed; it does not guarantee a product, service or transaction. New approvals can include a 14-day badge trial. Any renewal amount and period must be shown before a voluntary manual payment. Payment alone never grants verification and there are no automatic subscription charges. An expired badge does not prevent ordinary selling unless a separate moderation restriction applies. Existing approvals without a trial expiry remain unchanged.
Using LufShop
LufShop connects people through marketplace products, local food, services and jobs. Provide accurate listing information, contact details and any delivery information needed for your transaction. Restaurant ordering and tracking are part of the Food experience; marketplace products and opportunities use their separate workflows described above.
Orders And Availability
Restaurant menus, prices, opening status, delivery radius, and item availability may change. An order may be accepted, rejected, prepared, delivered, or cancelled depending on restaurant operations and delivery availability.
Payments
Food orders support available payment methods shown at checkout, including MTN MoMo and cash on delivery where enabled. MTN MoMo food orders are confirmed only after the payment provider returns a successful payment result. Marketplace product orders use the separate seller-arranged payment process described above.
Delivery And Location
Customers should provide a clear written address, landmark, phone number, and accurate GPS location when possible. Delivery times are estimates and may change because of traffic, distance, weather, restaurant preparation time, or rider availability.
Restaurants And Delivery Partners
Restaurant and delivery partner accounts may receive operational tools for managing menus, orders, delivery statuses, and customer support. These tools should be used only by authorized staff.
